How to Update Your Klaviyo Connection to the New API
On June 30th, Klaviyo is deprecating certain parts of their API. To ensure the best and most up-to-date connection, you’ll need to reconnect Kluvos to Klaviyo through a Klaviyo hosted integration process. Follow these steps to update your Klaviyo connection:
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Go to the integrations page in the Kluvos dashboard.
- Choose the Klaviyo channel and click connect.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the connection process.

While our app is in the review process, you may see a notice in Klaviyo indicating that "APP HAS NOT BEEN REVIEWED." This is temporary and expected; it will not affect your data.
